Who is Azoum Masar for?
Companies shipping goods within Saudi Arabia and licensed transport and logistics companies.
How do I start?
Register your company and upload its documents. Our team reviews them, and once the company is verified a shipper posts requests and a provider sends offers.
Does Azoum Masar transport the goods?
Azoum Masar is an intermediary that connects the parties. Transport is carried out by the provider under the agreed contract.
How will payment work?
Payment and escrow go through Waffy. After both parties sign the contract, the shipper pays the provider's price plus Azoum Masar's fee through Waffy. Waffy holds the amount until the shipper confirms delivery, and the provider then receives its price less Azoum Masar's fee. The amount never enters Azoum Masar's own account.
What does Azoum Masar charge?
5% of the provider's price from each party. It is added to what the shipper pays and taken from what the provider receives. For a price of 1,000 SAR the shipper pays 1,050 and the provider receives 950. Registration and posting requests are free.
