Terms of use
Version 1.0 · Last updated 11 October 2026
1. What the platform does
Azoum Masar is a platform for businesses in Saudi Arabia. Verified shippers publish shipment requests, verified transport providers send sealed offers, and the shipper chooses one. The two companies then sign an electronic contract on the platform and follow the shipment until delivery. These terms cover the use of the website and the platform; each shipment is governed by the electronic contract its two parties sign.
2. The platform's role
Azoum Masar is an intermediary. It verifies companies, runs the offers, prepares the contract and records the shipment's progress. It is not a party to the transport: the selected provider carries out the transport under the parties' contract. The shipper pays through Waffy, an escrow platform, which holds the amount until delivery is confirmed and then pays the provider. Azoum Masar does not hold the transport amount. Each contract sets this out.
3. Your obligations
Only people authorised to act for their company may register and sign for it. Keep your account details and documents accurate, protect your password and do not share your account. Do not submit unlawful content, false information or other people's private information that is not needed. Do not try to bypass the security checks, reach data that is not yours, or take business introduced through the platform around it.
4. Verification, suspension and platform fees
A company can publish requests or send offers only after the platform verifies it, and only while its documents remain valid. The platform may suspend an account that breaks these terms or the law, and states the reason. Azoum Masar's fee is 5% of the provider's price from each party, shown in each contract (rate and amount): the shipper's fee is added to what it pays, and the provider's fee is taken from what it receives. Payment and escrow go through Waffy and follow Waffy's own terms, and a trip starts after its payment is confirmed.
5. Applicable law
The platform serves businesses in Saudi Arabia, and these terms follow Saudi law. They do not waive any statutory rights.
